I was about to buy a BT fingerprint lock from Amazon for $70 but I took a chance and got this one instead, and I'm so glad I did! It came very fast (for an overseas shipment) and it works perfectly. The process for getting fingerprints loaded is a little confusing, and the instructions (in English) are not very clear. There are 2 "administrator" fingerprints that you have to program first, and one of the two administrators has to authorize any other fingerprints (up to 8 more, I think). If you want to remove any of the fingerprints, you have to go through the setup process again. Once we figured it out, it worked great, and we are considering getting more locks. So much more convenient than using a key or a combination lock.

The lock is amazing. It is a little sensitive make sure you clean the fringed print every time you want to unlock the lock. It is not as heavy but it does feel like a actual lock! Love this product

Will my items be sent in one package?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
